Spanish Government rejects exclusion of H.M. the King from inauguration of President-elect of Mexico and announces it will not send representatives

The Government of Spain considers the exclusion of H.M. the King from the invitation to the inauguration of the President-elect of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo on 1 October in Mexico City to be unacceptable. For this reason, the Spanish Government has decided not to participate in the inauguration at any level.
