Official statement on decision by Israeli Government to build 10,000 homes in Palestinian territories and legalise nine settlements

Spain expresses its rejection of the measures announced by the Israeli Government to extend settlements in occupied Palestinian territories.

The Government of Spain expresses its concern over all the unilateral measures that further distance the outlook for a two-State solution – the only satisfactory response to the legitimate national aspirations of Palestinians and Israelis, and key for regional peace and security.
