The Ambassador, José Pascual Marco, highlighted the importance of these scholarships, which have been awarded since 2008, to “help unite our nations through knowledge”. The Ambassador also congratulated the new President of the British-Spanish Society, Sir Anthony Cooke-Yarborough, highlighting the work carried out by the institution for more than a century, in favour of bringing our countries and societies closer together.
Subsequently, the list of students awarded the scholarships was read, explaining the research they carried out, and the company or institution that will sponsor their studies. Congratulations to everyone.
