The Ambassador recalled the main challenges of world security, with special attention to the war in Ukraine. Spain and its allies "have closed ranks," said the Spanish representative, who recalled the words of President Sánchez, assuring that we will help Ukraine "for as long as necessary."
The Defence Attaché stressed the "need to cooperate" between the allies to deal with international conflicts. He then congratulated the "strong ties" that unite the United Kingdom and Spain in defence and security.
The Spanish Armed Forces are present in 17 missions abroad with more than 3 000 military personnel deployed on four continents.
