b. Entry admission: Entrants who are citizens of a third country with the necessary documents, including a visa (if applicable), and are able to afford it and are not banned from entry or jeopardize public order public, internal or national security or public health, may be allowed to enter Spain.
c. Entry denial: The competent authorities will refuse entry to nationals of third countries who do not meet the entry requirements or are banned from entry. Entry can also be refused because the allowed 90-day period of stay in the Schengen area within 180 days has expired.
The denial of entry is notified by a decision stating the reasons, including information on the types of appeals that the applicant can make, in accordance with Spanish regulations. However, filing an appeal does not suspend the impact of an entry denial.
d. Citizens of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland and relatives: Nationals of the Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland may enter Spain with their national identification or with their valid and current passport surname. Minors traveling with identification and not traveling with their parents will need authorization from one of the parents.
Non-nationals of the Member States of the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland may enter with valid and current passports. Depending on their nationality, they may need an entry visa, unless they hold a valid and valid residence card for the next of kin of EU citizens.
