Process for the contract to cover the landscaping services

​The Embassy of Spain in Washington DC, would like to inform that is offering two years contract to cover the landscaping services for the three buildings that owns in the state of DC, located at; 2375 Pennsylvania Ave. NW 20037, 2801 16th St. NW and 2350 Foxhall Rd. NW 20007, with an optional renewal for three more years.

The Embassy of Spain in Washington DC, would like to inform that is offering two years contract to cover the landscaping services for the three buildings that owns in the state of DC, located at; 2375 Pennsylvania Ave. NW 20037, 2801 16th St. NW and 2350 Foxhall Rd. NW 20007, with an optional renewal for three more years.

  • Base budget for the tender: 90,000.00 USD. The Embassy is VAT and similar applicable tax exempt.
  • Deadline for submitting bids: No later than July 26, 2023 11:59PM.
  • Place to submit proposals: Proposals shall be submitted personally or by postal mail to the Registry of the Spanish Embassy in Washington, DC.
