TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS SHEET
1.- Aim of the contract: The purpose of the contract referred to in these technical specifications sheet is to provide one (1) administrative assistant for the Embassy of Spain in Washington.
2.- Services to be provided: The administrative assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Update databases
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Attend to citizens in person
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Translate documentation
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
3.- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 08:30AM to 04:30PM (including a 30 minute break). Alternate schedule may be an option.
4.- Material resources: the Embassy of Spain in Washington will provide all the material resources needed for the appropriate implementation of the contract.
5.- Contract length: one (1) month, and with a possible extension of up to two (2) more months.
6.- Payment: Payment will be made monthly for work performed, upon presentation of the corresponding invoice.
7.- Contract effective: Immediately.
