La Embajada de España en Albania ha sido informada de que algunas agencias de viaje en Albania han recibido recientemente un correo electrónico desde una dirección de correo falsa, que es “NOREPLY-TIRANA@mail.mae.es”, con el título “OPEN INVITATION BID”. En el cuerpo del correo, los receptores son invitados a enviar “submissions of tenders for a contract to provide Travel Management services (...)”. El correo también proporciona un nombre y dirección de correo electrónicos falsos para aquellas agencias interesadas en obtener más información. El fraude utiliza el nombre de dominio @maeec.es, que no tiene ninguna relación con el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación de España.
La Embajada de España en Albania informa de que se trata de una oferta falsa.
La Embajada de España ha denunciado este fraude ante estas autoridades y anima a todas las agencias que hayan resultado afectadas económicamente a denunciar ante la policía albanesa esta situación.

The Spanish Embassy in Albania has been informed that some travel agencies in Albania have recently received an e-mail from a false address, which is “NOREPLY-TIRANA@mail.mae.es”, with the title “OPEN INVITATION BID”. In the text of this e-mail, receivers are invited to provide “submissions of tenders for a contract to provide Travel Management services (...)”. They also provide a false name and address for a reply for those agencies interested in having more information. The scam uses the internet domain @maeec.es, which is not related to the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
The Spanish Embassy in Albania would like to inform that this is a false bid.
The Spanish Embassy has denounced this identity theft and invite all the agencies that might have been affected by this scam, and to report the incident to the Albanian police.

Ambasada e Spanjës në Shqipëri është njoftuar se disa agjenci udhëtimi në Shqipëri kanë marrë një e-mail nga një adresë e falsifikuar, e cila është "NOREPLY-TIRANA@mail.mae.es" me titullin "“OPEN INVITATION BID “ (Ofertë e hapur për tender). Teksti i këtij email-i, fton marrësit të japin oferta për tendera me qëllim lidhjen e një kontrate për të ofruar shërbime Menaxhimi Udhëtimesh. Në këtë e-mail jepet gjithashtu një emër dhe adresë e rreme ku mund të kontaktojnë ato agjenci që janë të interesuara për të marrë më shumë informacion. Mashtruesit elektronikë përdorin domenin @maeec.es, i cili nuk ka kurrfarë lidhjeje me Ministrinë e Punëve të Jashtme, Çështjeve të Bashkimit Evropian dhe Bashkëpunimit të Spanjës.
