Opening hours at the consular section

• Visas: Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (by phone appointment)
• Nationality/Passport Issue: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (prior telephone appointment). The oaths or promises of nationality are held on Fridays.
• NIE/certificates of residence: Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Powers of Attorney: (prior telephone appointment at times established by the Consular Section).

Spanish citizens who are in an emergency situation outside office hours may contact the Embassy through the consular emergency telephone number. This telephone number should only be used in cases of emergency and extreme necessity that affect Spanish citizens, for serious matters that affect Spanish citizens and that cannot wait until the next working day to be resolved.
