On December 15, 2022, Order INT/657/2020, amending the criteria for the application of a temporary restrictions on non-essential travel from third countries to the European Union and Schengen associated countries for reasons of public order and public health due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19, ceased to have effect. Consequently, travel restrictions contained therein cease to apply.
Also, Resolution of October 18, 2022 of the General Directorate of Public Health annulled the previous rules that established the need to carry out health controls for COVID-19 at points of entry into Spain. Therefore, health controls are no longer carried out at points of entry into Spain
