The Ambassador recalled Spain's commitment to the British market. Our country has been amongst the top ten investors in the United Kingdom for years, with a special role in energy, infrastructure and services.
The Spanish businesses expressed to Jonathan Reynolds their commitment to the United Kingdom and their intention to continue contributing to the creation of wealth and jobs. Furthermore, they conveyed the challenges they face post Brexit, in particular the mobility problems of workers.
Mr. Reynolds, for his part, developed the economic and industrial plan of the Labour Party.
