Subsequently, a round table was held with the participation of Emma Head, from Hs2 Ltd; Nuria Vázquez, from Mace; Maria Fizentzou, from FTI Consulting; and Nuria Puig-Mas, from Ferrovial. The speakers shared their personal experiences, confirming the growing role of women in the construction industry, but warning of pending challenges to achieve real and effective diversity in the sector.
