At the International Women's Day reception held at the Embassy, Saiz encouraged everyone to fight for effective equality and outlined some of the government's policies to eliminate the gender gap. She also highlighted international cooperation to build equitable societies and emphasized the need for Spanish women to be protected both in Spain and abroad.
The Minister also met with representatives of the Spanish community in the United Kingdom, to whom she outlined the key points of the Return Plan, which will promote the employment integration of those returning to Spain.
