Held at London's Mare Street Market, the fair featured 22 Spanish food and wine companies, as well as 16 alcoholic beverage companies.
The day included tastings, seminars and workshops aimed at introducing attendees to the Spanish agri-food industry — a sector that Ambassador Aparici emphasised is integral to our cultural identity and a key part of our economy.
