Emma Aparici and Josep Lobera discussed ONAC's collaboration with its British counterparts within the context of the Bilateral Strategic Framework. Mr Lobera is in London to strengthen this collaboration and learn from the British experience of providing scientific advice to governments on issues such as pandemic prevention and management.
Representatives from the National Office of Scientific Advice (ONAC), the National Office of Foresight & Strategy (ONPE), the network of ministerial scientific advisers and the Scientific Advisory Unit of the Spanish National Research Council (UAC-CSIC) met with Spanish scientists working in the United Kingdom to explore ways for these scientists to advise and participate in Spanish institutions.
