The Ambassador, José Pascual Marco, and the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Eduardo Barrachina, presented the award, highlighting the weight of Spanish SMEs in the British market and their contribution to the wealth of the United Kingdom.
The jury explained the rules of the award and the criteria they had taken into account to choose the finalists and the winner, highlighting innovation, the impact of the SME on society and job creation.
The three finalist were Veridas, H2Site and Quibim. The Minister for Business and Trade, Kevin Hollinrake, announced the winner and presented the award to the software company Veridas.
