The Spanish representative spoke about international relations and diplomacy, in particular the challenges of Spanish foreign policy within the framework of its current Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Ambassador was welcomed by the University´s Rector, Lord Waldegrave, and by the Head of the Spanish Language Department, Mercedes Porcel, as well as by the students of the Hispanic Society of Eton College, which invites relevant people from international and British society to give their outlook on domestic and international affairs.
