The Ambassador held a conference at the Civil Service Spanish Language Network

The Spanish diplomat was welcomed by Steve Green of the British Foreign Office, also a member of the group.

About 250 people attended the talk in which the Ambassador spoke about relations between Spain and the United Kingdom, and recounted his experience as a diplomat and ambassador in the United Kingdom.
