The first edition of the seminar took place in Birmingham on the 3rd December, and was attended by the Counsellor for Cultural and Scientific Affairs and the Consul General in Manchester, who underlined the outstanding role of Spanish researchers in the fight against cancer.
New therapies and strategies to combat different types of cancer were presented at the event. Spanish scientists shared their contributions.
The Society of Spanish Researchers in the United Kingdom (SRUK/CERU) was created in 2012 and is made up of more than 700 members. Since it was founded it has organized more than three hundred activities.
