Meanwhile, the contribution of 300,000 euros to the Complementarity Trust Fund will support cooperation between the ICC and national authorities in prosecuting international crimes.

In terms of security, the Special Fund for Security will receive 250,000 euros to enhance protection measures for victims, witnesses, and judicial personnel. Finally, the ICC Prosecutor’s Trust Fund will receive 1,000,000 euros to support the work of the Prosecutor’s Office in investigating and prosecuting serious crimes.

These contributions reflect the ongoing commitment of the international community to strengthening global justice and combating impunity.

Spain's commitment to the ICC not only reflects its support for international justice but also its significant role in promoting an impartial and effective international criminal justice system.
