Who can apply:

In order to apply for a student visa at the BLS Spain Visa Application Center in Washington DC the applicant must be a legal resident in our consular jurisdiction or be enrolled in in-person studies at a center within our consular jurisdiction: Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina.
In order to apply for other types of visas at the BLS Spain Visa Application Center in Washington DC or at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Spain in Washington DC you must be a legal resident in our consular jurisdiction: Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina.

Please note that you must submit your visa application according to your consular jurisdiction. We cannot accept applications from outside of our consular jurisdiction. Consular jurisdictions
