• Office hours to the general public: From Monday to Friday, from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM. 
  
• Phone office hours:  From Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM to 9.00 AM and from 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM.
  
• Documentation pick-up WITHOUT APPOINTMENT: From Monday to Friday from 1.00 PM to 2.30 PM. During this time you can pick up your passport, family book, visa or any other documents you have previously applied for without needing to book an appointment. ​​
  
• Appointments: It is INDISPENSABLE to book an appointment for the following consular services:
