​The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has a section on its website with updated information on "Travelling with pets". 

The information is available in Spanish, English and French at the following link: Travelling with pets (mapa.gob.es)

The website details the airports/ports authorised for the introduction of pets into Spain (from countries that are not part of the European Union), as well as the contact details of the Animal Health Service of the authorised airports and ports.​
