Prior to getting started:

• Make sure that you legally reside in the Los Angeles Consulate's jurisdiction. This Consulate's jurisdiction covers Southern California (Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties), Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

• Remember to make an appointment to appear at the Consulate in person through our online schedule. Walk-ins will be turned away.
