SERVICE HOURS:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm ONLY by appointment to request consular services. Punctuality is requested, otherwise you must request a new appointment for another day. If you cannot attend, please give at least 48 hours' notice in order to schedule the appointment for another person, given the extreme demand. Come with all required documentation, photocopies included. Otherwise, you will not be attended to and must request a new appointment for another day. Appointments are always requested by email. PLEASE CHECK OUR VISA SECTION AS THE PROCESS OF SOME OF THEM START AT BLS AND NOT AT THIS CONSULATE.
- Monday to Friday from 1pm to 2pm WITHOUT APPOINTMENT but ONLY to collect documentation (passports, certificates, visas, etc.). Under no circumstances will visits for appointment requests or queries be attended to during these hours. To collect a renewed passport, the expired passport must be presented.

It is not necessary to hire a private manager to carry out consular procedures or manage appointments before this Consulate General. Private managers or lawyers have no connection with this Consulate General, they cannot obtain extraordinary appointments, expedite processing times or offer any service that you cannot do yourself following the instructions contained on this website.
